Vical Inc (NASDAQ: VICL) dipped 12.20% to $2.52 in the pre-market session. VICL had announced to sell its shares after its drug failed in a late-stage trial.

Finish Line Inc (NASDAQ: FINL) lost 9.88% to $14.14 in the pre-market session. FINL swung to profit in the second quarter.

Central Jersey Bancorp (NASDAQ: CJBK) slipped 8.77% to $6.76 in the pre-market trading. CJBK's earnings are likely to fall by 1012.26% this year.

Ku6 Media Co Ltd (NASDAQ: KUTV) fell 1.60% to $4.30 in the pre-market session. KUTV appointed Tony Shen as its Chief Financial Officer.
