FDA Going To Ban Four Loko

According to Sen Charles Schumer, D-NY, the FDA is going to rule that caffeine isn't safe in alcoholic beverages. This would make drinks like Four Loko and Joose prohibited for sale. Four Loko has come under the subject of much scrutiny, as students across the country at college campuses are binge drinking with the beverage, then suffering from blackouts. The state of Washington has already banned the beverage, and New York is on its way to banning the beverage as well.
