Nucleus Research, an information technology research firm whose clients include many of the Fortune 1000, claims that 6 out of 10 existing SAP SE SAP customers wouldn’t purchase the same solution from SAP again.

Nucleus said they analyzed the experience of SAP customers and found satisfaction levels were “varied” at best. Customers, when asked if they’d consider a future solution, excluding ERP (enterprise resource planning, perhaps what SAP is best known for) the same 6 out of 10 said they wouldn't consider the company’s future offerings.

Ninety percent of customers said they wouldn't consider a future investment in S/4HANA and are evaluating alternatives as they phase out their existing SAP software, according to Nucleus.
