Housing Market Took Hit in November and Left Large Mark On Nation

Share

Real Estate within 20 major cities took a hit last November and according to analysts, the decline did not occur for seasonal reasons.

Down a total of 0.2 percent in November, home prices in the 20 cities, such as Dallas, Denver and San Diego are down a total of 32.6 percent from the peak. The largest decrease was found in Las Vegas with a reported 24.5 percent decline in the past year.

What's worse is that the result of these falls has been further destruction of America's wealth with many families increasing their savings and restricting their spending.
