As of 9:33 a.m. EST, The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 30.98 points, or 0.31%, to 10162.17, the Standard & Poor's 500 sank 6.5 points, or 0.59%, to 1090.28 and the Nasdaq Composite sank 12.30 points, or 0.56%, to 2198.12.
