"Call of Duty" Brings in over $1 Billion

Activision Blizzard Inc.'s (NASDAQ: ATVI) "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2" has definitely done well despite the tough economy.

The game was released in November and has since brought in over $1 billion in revenue. Within the first five days it was on the shelves, the game brought in approximately $550 million--a staggering amount.

As a result, its stocks are increasing. In midday trading shares rose 13 cents.
