Before dismissing the idea of strong dividend yields and big growth as being impossible to achieve in one stock, take a look at Prospect Capital Corporation (PSEC), Penn Virginia GP Holdings LP (PVG), and Cellcom Israel Ltd. (CEL). All three have surprisingly strong results on both fronts.

Cellcom Israel Ltd. is currently paying out at a rate of 9.3%, while the stock has gained more than 50% since last March, yet the current P/E is just a hair over 10.00

Prospect Capital Corporation boasts a yield of 13.1%. yet earnings are on a realistic pace to grow by 23% in fiscal 2011.

Penn Virginia GP Holdings LP is paying dividends of 8.9%, and boasts a forward-looking P/E of 13.8. Income and earnings should end 12% above the norm in 2009.
