Google Moves to Mobile Advertisements

Share

Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) has recently released its new secret weapon, Omar Hamoui. AdMod is Google’s newest method for advertising, which is specifically designed for mobile devices such as Apple’s (NASDAQ: AAPL) iPhone. Hamoui launched this brilliant plan while focusing on graduate school and supporting his family, and is $750 million richer since Google discovered him.

Ever wonder why some iPhone apps are so inexpensive? Feel free to thank Hamoui for his hard work. Through AdMob, companies are able to make a profit through advertising, allowing consumers to keep their money in their pockets.

Google is very confident that adding Hamoui and his 150 employees to the team will cause mobile advertisements to skyrocket. Whether or not Google’s idea goes according to plan, however, currently lies in the hands of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
