Central European Distribution Corporation (Nasdaq: CEDC) announced that it has priced a public offering of 10,250,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $31.00 per share.
The Company has also granted the underwriters an option for a period of 25 days to purchase up to 1,025,000 additional shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. The transaction is expected to close on or about November 24, 2009.
