Perfect World Co., Ltd. (Nasdaq: PWRD)a leading online game developer and operator based in China, announced its recent business developments as of November 13, 2009.

In October 2009, Perfect World signed an agreement with VinaGame Software Service Joint Stock Company ("VinaGame") to license "Battle of the Immortals" in Vietnam. "Battle of the Immortals" is Perfect World's first 2.5D mysterious adventure MMORPG, which has been popular since its launch in mainland China in April 2009.
