PMC-Sierra (PMCS) Named One of the Ten Most Competitive Optical Communications Brands in China

MC-Sierra, Inc. (NASDAQ: PMCS), the premier Internet infrastructure semiconductor solution provider, announced the company was selected as one of the top 10 competitive telecom brands in the optical communications industry in China by the Asia-Pacific Optical Communications Committee and the China Institute of Communications. The award was presented at the recent 2009 China Optical Communications Development and Competitiveness Forum (ODC’09) in Beijing.
PMC-Sierra was the only semiconductor solutions provider to receive this award.
