Mass. Dentist Uses Paperclips for Root Canals

Former Massachusetts dentist Michael Clair has been accused of substituting paper clips for root canal procedures instead of using the traditional stainless steel posts.
Clair was making this substitution while continuing to bill Medicaid and other insurance companies for the posts.
As a result, Clair has been indicted with charges of everything from assault and battery to illegally prescribing drugs.
The former dentist will be arraigned on the 8th of April.
