The Motley Fool's Dave Mock wrote an article today on 3 Reasons to Sell Rite Aid Today.

The first reason given by Mock for investors to consider selling Rite Aid Corporation (NYSE: RAD) was that the drugstore chain consistently loses money.

The second reason provided was that same-store sales have fallen for 9 months in a row.

The third reason mentioned in the article is that ever since Rite Aid Corporation acquired Brooks Eckerd, it has been carrying a heavy debt load.

Lack of earnings, falling same-store sales and a large debt are three good reasons to sell or stay away from Rite Aid Corporation.
