Shares of Union Pacific Corp. (NYSE: UNP) touched a new 52-week high this morning before falling back slightly.
Union Pacific rose $0.66, or 0.91%, to $69.76 in early trading. Shares have traded between $33.28 and $69.76 over the last 52 weeks.
Union Pacific is the country's largest railroad and was founded in 1862. The company is based in Omaha, Nebraska and pays a dividend of $1.08 per share, which yields 1.55% at today's price.
