Infoblox files for $125 mn NYSE IPO

Technology company Infoblox is looking to raise $125 mn at IPO, according to its SEC filing last week. Infoblox has selected NYSE for its listing venue and plans to trade under the symbol BLOX. The lead underwriters are MS)" href="http://www.insideipo.com/tag/morgan-stanley">Morgan Stanley and GS)" href="http://www.insideipo.com/tag/goldman-sachs">Goldman Sachs; further details have yet to be revealed.
