Most everyone knows about today's high-profile winners, but what about the explosive gainers from the micro cap arena? These surges may be the beginning of high-payoff breakout moves.
Monday's top-performing micro cap stocks are:
- Arotech Corporation (NASDAQ: ARTX): +10.9%
- Comstock Homebuilding Co., Inc. (NASDAQ: CHCI): +10.0%
- Culp, Inc. (NYSE: CFI): +9.7%
Arotech Corporation surged on news of last quarter's results. Comstock Homebuilding Co., Inc. was up on no specific company news; presumably the homebuilder has been rising on broad expectations of a housing rebound. Culp, Inc. may be on the rebound after recent news that it has regained its NYSE listing/compliance requirements.
