Tech High-Fliers Getting Smacked Today (FFIV, NFLX, OPEN)
December 14, 2010 12:03 PM
Some big momentum names in the tech space are getting walloped today despite strength in the broader market.
Shares of F5 Networks (NASDAQ: FFIV) are lower by $4.08, or 2.93%, to $134.98. Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM) is lower by $4.28, or 2.97%, to $139.60. Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) is showing weakness once again, down $4.83, or 2.63%, to $178.97. Finally, OpenTable (NASDAQ: OPEN) is down $2.97, or 4.09%, to $69.59.
These high-fliers have been leaders during the market's strong rally that began in the fall. Perhaps the weakness in these names is presaging further downward moves for the rest of the market.
