Top Narrow Based Indexes for June 24 (HAS, KOOL, CPIX)
By 12:47 pm, the Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 105.43 points, or 1.02%, to 10,193.01, while the broader Standard & Poor's 500 index had lost 14.81 points, or 1.36%. The NASDAQ composite index had also dipped 29.22 points, or 1.30%. Some of the narrow based indexes that are driving the market are the Toys and Game stocks, which have gained 1.2%, Stem Cell stocks, up 1.2% and Pain Management stocks, moving 1.1% higher as a group.
In Tickerspy's Toys and Game complex, Hasbro Inc (NYSE: HAS) had surged 4.0%. HAS’ board has clarified that it is not intending to sell the company to private equity firm Providence Equity Partners.
The best performing Tickerspy Stem Cell stock has been ThermoGenesis Corp (NASDAQ: KOOL), which was up 4.2%. KOOL has announced its plan to divest the CryoSeal product line.
Cumberland Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ: CPIX) is today’s leading Tickerspy's Pain Management stock, gaining 6.2%. CPIX has a PEG ratio of 0.29.
