Orbital Insight Hires New Chief Business Officer

Kevin E. O'Brien has been named the Chief Business Officer of Orbital Insight. Orbital Insight, a geospatial big data company using machine intelligence to analyze satellite and drone imagery, has brought on O'Brien to help the business side of the company prosper further.

O'Brien last worked for FactSet Research Systems, Inc FDS. He left Factset as the regional director for the Americas, global Banking and brokerage, and middle market.  The company traded up over 60 percent during his time there. 

James Crawford, Orbital Insight's CEO, noted how O'Brien's experience  with managing data, numbers, and software solutions for businesses across the corporate world will help push the company forward. "Kevin brings a wealth of experience in the commercialization of unique datasets," he said. "We're thrilled that he is joining our team to help the company fulfill its mission of providing advanced, unbiased knowledge of socio-economic trends to decision makers around the world."
