Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bull 3x Shares(ETF) (NYSE: EDC) is also struggling. It fell more than 7% as emerging markets are having a bad day.
Russell 2000 Index dropped 2.1% and pulled down Direxion Daily Small Cap Bull 3X Shares(ETF) (NYSE: TNA), which fell 6.2%.
Direxion Daily Energy Bull 3X Shares(ETF) (NYSE: ERX), that follows Russell 1000 Energy Index, is trading 6.1% down. The components of Russell 1000 Energy Index, Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM), Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) and Schlumberger Limited (NYSE: SLB) suffered severe losses. XOM is 1.5% down, CVX fell 2.23% and SLB dropped 3.88%. Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: OXY) fell 2.7%.
