ProShares UltraShort FTSE/Xinhua China 25 (NYSE: FXP) is trading 3.22% up as stocks like PetroChina Company Limited (ADR) (NYSE: PTR) and CNOOC Limited (ADR) (NYSE: CEO) are trading in the negative territory. PetroChina (PTR) lost 1.26%, and CNOOC (CEO) trades 1.98% down.
Direxion Daily Energy Bull 3X Shares(ETF) (NYSE: ERX) gained 2.1% so far, and Russell 1000 Energy Index is also up today. Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM) jumped approximately 1%, and Schlumberger Limited gained (NYSE: SLB) on a day when oil struggles.
Those who shorted silver with ProShares UltraShort Silver (ETF) (NYSE: ZSL) made a good call today. ZSL gained 2.69% and Silver futures is 1.63% up.
The banking sector is doing well in today's trading session, and it lifted Direxion Daily Finan. Bull 3X Shares(ETF) (NYSE: FAS) 1.64%. Wells Fargo (NYSE: WFC) is one of the companies from the Financial sector that gained some points today. It is 1.81% up.
