TNA) led the gainers among ETFs today, as the Russell 2000 Index had a great trading session. URTY and TNA spiked 11.51% and 11.04% respectively, while the Russell 2000 Index gained 3.81%.
Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares(
ETF) (NYSE:
FAS) gained 10.95% on the strength in the financial sector. Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:
BAC) jumped 6.08%, and Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:
WFC) added 4.71%.
The energy stocks traded higher today, and so did Direxion Daily Energy Bull 3X Shares(
ETF) (NYSE:
ERX). Halliburton Company (NYSE:
HAL) added 5.39%, while ERX jumped 10.80%.
Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bull 3x Shares(
ETF) (NYSE:
EDC) closed 10.02% higher, as Petroleo Brasileiro SA (ADR) (NYSE:
PBR) gained 5.16%. Vale (ADR) (NYSE:
VALE) also had a good session, with an increase of 6.06%.
