The ETF Professor took note of a story that just crossed the wires that reports Deutsche Bank (NYSE: DB) has run out of shares for the PowerShares DB US Dollar Index Bullish Fund (NYSE: UUP) and will not be able to issue new shares until the SEC approves such an action.

Now is the time to watch UUP and if you can get some shares, do so immediately because the ETF may trade at prices substantially above its net asset value. UUP has $822 million in assets.
