PowerShares DB Crude Oil Double Short ETN (NYSE: DTO) is also doing well today as oil is struggling. DTO gained 6.44% so far and trades around $67.07.

Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bear 3X (NYSE: EDZ) seeks to replicate 300% of the inverse daily performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets Index. EDZ is up 6.06%.
ProShares UltraShort DJ-UBS Crude Oil ETF (NYSE: SCO) has also benefited today from oil's weakness. SCO is up 5.69% and trades around $13.60.
