The Biggest Movers Among ETFs On Friday (FAZ, EDZ, ERY, FAS, EDC, ERX)

Direxion Daily Funds were the biggest movers among ETFs today, and its Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bear 3x (ETF) (NYSE: EDZ) was the best among the winners with 13.18% jump.

Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3X (ETF) (NYSE: FAZ) also had a good day as its opposite, Russell 1000 Financial Index was struggling. FAZ was 12.51% up for the day.

Oil headed sharply down today, which is a good news for the owners of Direxion Daily Energy Bear 3X (ETF) (NYSE: ERY) that corresponds to 300% inverse of the performance of Russell 1000 Energy. ERY gained 10.68% today, and closed at $12.64.

Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X (ETF) (NYSE: FAS) was the worst ETF to own today. It dropped 12.62% to $67.59, and had a turnover of $56.04M. Direxion Daily Emerging Markets Bull 3x (ETF) (NYSE: EDC) declined 12.61% as MSCI Emerging Market Index slipped.

Direxion Daily Energy Bull 3X (ETF) (NYSE: ERX) was also out of luck today as it dropped 10.49%. ERX closed at $41.80 and had a turnover of $5.04M.
