Banks suffered big losses today and dragged down Direxion Daily Financial Bull 3X Shares (ETF) (NYSE: FAS) which lost 11.81%. Citigroup (NYSE: C) plunged 5.64% today.
Direxion Daily Energy Bull 3X Shares (ETF) (NYSE: ERX) dropped 11.68% as Halliburton Company (NYSE: HAL) fell 4.94% and Anadarko Petroleum Corporation (NYSE: APC) lost 4.61%.
Direxion Daily Small Cap Bull 3X Shares (ETF) (NYSE: TNA) declined 9.81% as the Russell 2000 dropped more than 3%.
