Benzinga's Top ETF Decliners (SCO, DRV, ERY, SRS)
The Dow Jones—UBS Crude Oil Sub-Index is trading on the upside today which is bad news for ProShares UltraShort DJ-UBS Crude Oil ETF (NYSE: SCO). This ETF lost 6.31% today and oil futures jumped approximately 3%.
Direxion Daily Real Estate Bear 3X (ETF) (NYSE: DRV) fell 3.86%, while the MSCI US REIT Index traded in the positive territory. DRV seeks daily investment results of 300% of the inverse of the price performance of the MSCI US REIT Index.
Direxion Daily Energy Bear 3X Shares(ETF) (NYSE: ERY) dropped 4.48% on a good day for energy stocks. Exxon Mobil Corporation (NYSE: XOM) is 1.28% up today.
ProShares UltraShort Real Estate (ETF) (NYSE: SRS) is another bear real estate ETF that traded down today. SRS dropped 3.23%, as Host Hotels & Resorts, Inc. (NYSE: HST),one of its holdings, is up 3.47%.
