ProShares UltraShort Silver (ETF) (NYSE: ZSL) fell 6.04% today, as silver had a good trading session. Silver continued to trade higher, as investors are seeking shelter in precious metals.
Direxion Daily Real Estate Bear 3X (ETF) (NYSE: DRV) dropped 5.46%, and closed at $28.94. In the real estate sector, Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE: KIM) gained 2.67% and Vornado Realty Trust (NYSE: VNO) added 1.49%.
The Russell 2000 Index rebounded today, and gained 1.56%. Direxion Small Cap Bear 3X Shares (ETF) (NYSE: TZA), the ETF that tracks the Russell 2000 Index, fell 4.38%.
United States Natural Gas Fund, LP (NYSE: UNG) fell 3.67%, as natural gas struggled today. Natural gas dropped below $4 today on worries that weak economic recovery and mild weather will hurt demand.
