ProShares UltraShort DJ-UBS Crude Oil ETF (NYSE: SCO) gained 4.24% as crude oil futures traded lower. Crude oil struggled on the worries about the economy, and the oil demand after Standard & Poor's downgraded Greece's rating.
VelocityShares Daily 2x VIX Short Term ETN (NYSE: TVIX) traded higher for a second day in a row. On Monday, it gained 3.37%, and it closed at $22.06.
