Team, Inc. (NASDAQ: TISI) plunged $1.44 or 8.73% to $15.06 The provider of industrial services reported first-quarter profit excluding some items of 9 cents a share, 17 percent less profit than analysts estimated.

Lithia Motors, Inc. (NYSE: LAD) fell 6.24% to $12.92 after the retailer that gets almost a third of its new-vehicle sales from Chrysler LLC said it’s offering 4 million shares of Class A common stock, raising money to repay debt and fund potential acquisitions.
