China BAK Announces Investor Relations Activities in U.S. & Europe

SHENZHEN, China, Feb. 1 /PRNewswire-Asia-FirstCall/ -- China BAK Battery, Inc. ("China BAK", the "Company", or "we") (Nasdaq: CBAK), one of the largest lithium-ion battery cell manufacturers in the world, as measured by production output, today announced its plan for major investor relations activities in February.

The company will conduct non-deal road shows in New York, Boston and San Francisco to selected investors during the week of February 8th, and in London, Frankfurt, Zurich and Rome during the second half of February 2010.

In these activities, Tony Shen, China BAK's Chief Financial Officer will present the Company's business strategies and progress in the New-Energy/Clean-Tech sector. Cowen & Company will facilitate the road shows.
