We are proud to announce that Stacey Raznick, wife of Benzinga's own Jason Raznick, has given birth to a baby boy!

In celebration of the birth, the Benzinga newsdesk gave an internal squawk of “Bravo, Oscar, Yankee!” Shares of Jason's happiness rose 9,000% on the news.

This is Jason and Stacey's second child. Their first, Riley, celebrated her second birthday last June.
