Vetr Urges Buy On American Airlines While It's Still Grounded

The Vetr crowd upgraded their rating for American Airlines Group Inc AAL on Thursday, from 4 stars (Buy), which was issued six days ago, to 5 stars (strong Buy). Despite this upgrade, crowd sentiment for the stock is mostly cautious with 70 percent of Vetr user ratings bearish.

Vetr's upgrade comes a week after the airline company won a $15 million antitrust lawsuit against computer technology company Sabre Corp SABR over unfair booking practices.

American Airlines is also beginning to level out of the bump it received after Warren Buffett's fund picked it and several other airline companies. The stock closed at $47.67, after dropping over a dollar from the start of the day.
