Shares of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co HPE have gained only 0.85 percent over the past couple of weeks. The Vetr crowd seems to believe the stock is ripe for a breakout, as evidenced by its average price target of $25.36, which implies a potential return of 11.6 percent from current valuations.
