Three Reasons to Sell Apple

While Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) has more bullish ratings than any stock on the Street, one analyst is decidedly bearish. Edward Zabitsky of ACI Research gave three reasons to sell Apple during Tuesday’s edition of Fast Money.

•The iPhone is a bandwidth hog and is not profitable for carriers.
•Rivals are entering the mobile browser space to compete with Apple.
•Although Apple’s gadgets are trendy, their hardware will eventually become irrelevant.

Today the market seemed to agree with Zabitsky as Apple shares fell 1.19% to $209.10. However, Apple shares have been on a tear recently, reaching an all-time high of $213.95 yesterday on continued rumors of an upcoming tablet device.

>> All new high end phones (aka driod) are in this boat, so what does it have to do with Apple.
•Rivals are entering the mobile browser space to compete with Apple.

>> Ummm...welcome to a free market economy.  This is bad how, will only make Apple produce better products.
•Although Apple’s gadgets are trendy, their hardware will eventually become irrelevant.

>>> What does that even mean? Like other are immune to this?

These points are completely stupid.

These arguments are nonsense.

These arguments are nonsense. A bandwidth hog? Yes ... because iPhone users are CRAZY about their iPhones and love using them ALL THE TIME. iPhone users account for more than 50% of smartphone Internet usage. Why's that? Again, because of the iPhone's elegant user interface. As for hardware becoming irrelevant, it will when it's replaced with something better, Apple product(s) or other(s). For the immediate future, these are three good reasons to buy on a pullback!

You don't know much about what you're talking, do you? The other two comments already said it all.
