Kaufman Bros. Raises Price Target For Electronic Arts Inc. (ERTS)

Analyst Todd Mitchell at Kaufman Bros. has raised the price target for Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: ERTS) from $19 to $23.
According to NPD, retail sales for the overall video game industry were up by 6% to $1.52 billion in March. Software sales were up by 10% to $875 million, while hardware sales fell 3% to $441 million. Kaufman Bros. believes that key titles released by Electronic Arts in fiscal fourth-quarter performed ahead of expectations.
Kaufman Bros. has maintained its Buy rating for Electronic Arts Inc.
