Brinker International, Inc. (NYSE: EAT) declined 2.90% to $19.10 in the pre-market session. Brinker International was downgraded today by Piper Jaffray to Underweight from Neutral and the price target set to $16. The 52-week trading range for EAT is $12.39 - $20.20. Brinker International closed at $19.67 in the previous trading session.
Chordiant Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: CHRD) fell 0.20% to $4.98 in the pre-market session. Chordiant Software was downgraded today by B. Riley & Co to Neutral from Buy. In the last six months, CHRD has gained over 22%. CHRD has made a new 52 week high at $4.99 in the previous trading session.
