Goldman Initiates GoPro At Neutral With A $60 PT, Says Strong Content Engagement Supports Margins

Goldman sees the Quadcopters (Announced in May) adding 7 percent to Revenue EPS CAGR (24 percent and 20 percent respectively) for 2015 to 2017. Goldman believes drones are required for GoPro to manage 20 percent growth levels:
"We believe that if GoPro is successful in building this platform and achieving scale in terms of video content and users, it will be able to pursue a range of monetization models, such as advertising, licensing (similar to Getty Images), and content distribution (e.g., Netflix, Hulu)."
