Shares of Boston Beer Co Inc (NYSE: SAM) are down about 2 percent on Wednesday afternoon, in anticipation of the company’s first quarter earnings report after the market closes.

Estimize shows a slight difference between the crowd and experts’ expectations. Wall Street analysts model consensus EPS of $0.69 on revenue of $206.8 million, while Main Street projects consensus EPS of $0.71 on revenue of $207.21 million.

Beyond this gap, both expect the company to deliver some year-over-year growth, since earnings for the first quarter of 2014 came in at $0.62 per share.
