Expert: Cisco's Historical Volatility Percentile Is At 100%

Speaking to Benzinga, TD Ameritrade Chief Strategist JJ Kinahan said why he thinks Cisco Systems, Inc. CSCO is interesting.

“Nobody thinks that Cisco is a volatile stock. If you look at Cisco’s historical volatility percentile, it’s at 100 percent,” according to Kinahan.

Looking at options activity, on Tuesday, Kinahan saw buyers of weekly options at the $29 strike level and on Wednesday, the weekly $27.50 Calls were most active.

Cisco reports fiscal Q2 earnings after the market close on Wednesday.

Heading into the earnings release, Cisco Systems, Inc. traded at $26.99, down 1.82 percent.
