After General Motors Company GM revealed its Chevrolet Bolt concept car at the North American International Auto Show today, Cars.com Executive Editor Joe Wiesenfelder told Benzinga he didn’t know how much of a threat it would be to the Tesla Motors TSLA Model S.

The Bolt will have a range of 200 miles on a single charge and cost about $30,000.

“It really depends on what the Tesla Model 3 ends up being and what the Chevy Bolt ends up being, in regards to pricing, interior quality, range and such,” Wiesenfelder said.

He also mentioned that 200 miles might just be the “up to” number for the Bolt’s range, which he explained means it would be the best case scenario.

Tesla shares ended the trading day at $202.21, a 2.15 percent decrease, while GM closed 0.7 percent higher at $35.84.
