Kelley Blue Book Senior Analyst Says Auto Sector Is On Pace To See 1.3M Total Sales For November

Kelley Blue Book Senior Analyst Alec Gutierrez said on a conference call Tuesday morning total U.S. auto sales are on pace to reach 1.3 million for the month of November. “It looks like consumers were out there in droves,” according to Gutierrez. The Kelley Blue Book analyst pointed out while marketing and promotions for Black Friday deals were prevalent, the actual deals weren't much better than what consumers could find earlier in November or for the month of October. The average transaction price was $33,600, Gutierrez said.
