As a result, share gains should accelerate & we see organic hitting >4% as Yankee Candle enters comp base. In addition, market likely underestimating margin potential & we see 60-70bp margin expansion the next 2yrs, despite high base. M&A isn't modeled, but should continue, & could add $140m to F15 topline/$0.10 to EPS and $400m/$0.30 for F16 according to our analysis.
