• Bebe Stores BEBE - Downgraded from Buy to Neutral, price target down from $7.50 to $3.40
• Tilly's TLYS - Downgraded from Buy to Neutral, price target down from $12.50 to $9.00
• The Wet Seal WTSL - Upgraded from Sell to Neutral, price target up from $0.50 to $0.90
