In a report published Thursday, Morgan Stanley analyst Keith Weiss reiterated an Equal-Weight rating on Microsoft (NASDAQ: MSFT).

In the report, Morgan Stanley noted, “With new CEO Satya Nadella rumored to be unveiling Office on the iPad on 3/27, we update our views on the impact to MSFT's model. Our conservative analysis points to an incremental ~$1.2B in annual billings thru greater Office 365 adoption, even with a lower SKU and some cannibalization. This may also signal a greater willingness from MSFT to leverage key assets across non-Windows platforms.”

Microsoft closed on Wednesday at $39.27.
