In the report, Morgan Stanley noted, “Coke's relative valuation has become more compelling here and we will closely watch if higher marketing drives a volume rebound, particularly given the market is very skeptical, but our 2014 profit build analysis highlights one of the key issues leaving us at Equal-Weight, which is 2014 consensus EPS still looks significantly too high.” The Coca-Cola Company closed on Friday at $38.20.
