In a report published Friday, Morgan Stanley analyst Scott Devitt reiterated an Overweight rating on LinkedIn (NYSE: LNKD), but lowered the price target from $260.00 to $250.00.

In the report, Morgan Stanley noted, “LinkedIn beat CQ4:13 Consensus revenue / EBITDA / EPS by 2% / 4% / 3% but top-line upside was offset by headcount and capital investments. Revenue guidance was conservative and margins could be flattish in 2014E, but a marketing turnaround / sales product rollout could yield upside to numbers.”

LinkedIn closed on Thursday at $223.45.
