In a report published Tuesday, Susquehanna International Group analyst Brian Nowak reiterated a Positive rating and $65.00 price target on eBay (NASDAQ: EBAY).

In the report, Susquehanna International Group noted, “We estimate the potential acquisition would bring approximately 5% incremental TPV and revenue to PayPal. The deal would also give PayPal access to Braintree's fast-growing, next generation start-up companies and enhance PayPal's mobile payment portfolio. That said, it also raises questions around the innovation and competitive advantage of PayPal's core products.”

eBay closed on Monday at $54.76.
