In a report published Thursday, Jefferies analyst Thomas Seitz reiterated a Buy rating on
T-Mobile USATMUS, and raised the price target from $25.00 to $28.00.
In the report, Jefferies noted, “In our view, TMUS' 2Q results were outstanding. After losing postpaid subs in every quarter for the past more than 2 years, TMUS reported 688k sub gains while churn declined to a record 1.58%. In its first quarter itself, we believe the disruptive ‘Uncarrier' strategy likely has started yielding positive results. We remain buyers of the stock and are raising TP to $28 (+$3).”
T-Mobile USA closed on Wednesday at $23.49.
