UPDATE: RS Platou Lowers PT on Carnival on Reduced Company Guidance

In a research report published Tuesday, RS Platou analyst Terje Mauer lowered the price target on Carnival CCL from $38 to $33 and maintained a Neutral rating on the company.

In the report, RS Platou noted, "Carnival Corp. (CCL) warned in a press release last night that it cuts its FY 2013 guidance by 20% (mid-point) following negative effects on revenue yield and costs from several mishaps during the winter."

Carnival closed Monday at $35.32.
